Implementation Of Email Signature

The best way to implement E-signature so that the formatting
remains nice across all platforms as follows:

First Step:

1. Open the Email Signature in a browser (Google Chrome).
2. Select all ( Command / Ctrl + A ) and copy them into clipboard ( Command / Ctrl + C ).

Apple Mail:
1. Go to Preferences from the Mail menu.
2. Go to the Signature tab and add a new signature from the plus icon (+).
3. Uncheck “Always match my default message font”
4. Paste ( Command / Ctrl + V ). the signature in the dialogue box to the right.
5. Select the signature on Choose Signature drop-down.

Gmail:
1. Go to Setting from the setting icon on the right top.
2. Scroll down to the Signature section.
3. To add a new signature click on Create New.
4. Paste ( Command / Ctrl + V ) the signature in the dialogue box.
5. Click on Save Changes.

Outlook:
1. Go to the File menu and select the Options tab.
2. Go to the Mail tab and click on the Signatures button.
3. Click on the New button and update the settings on Choose

Default Signature section.
4. Paste ( Command / Ctrl + V ) the signature in the dialogue box.
5. Click on the OK button.
