Made is looking for a Studio Administrator to help keep our creative studio running smoothly. This permanent or part time role supports the team with day-to-day admin tasks.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years’ experience in admin or studio support
  • Strong organisation and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in InDesign, Xero and Microsoft Office
  • Experience with Zoho Projects (or similar project management tools)
  • Attention to detail across all disciplines
  • Ability to work well autonomously as well as part of a small team

Duties

  • Manage calendars, meetings, and team schedules
  • Answer phone in a professional manner and handle general enquiries
  • Support invoicing and file management
  • Prepare proposals, documents, and reports
  • Order print materials and coordinate with printers and suppliers
  • General admin support to the team and Creative Director

Attributes

  • English as a first language is essential
  • Knowledge of web back end and HTML an advantage, experience in WordPress a definite advantage but not essential
