Made is looking for a Studio Administrator to help keep our creative studio running smoothly. This permanent or part time role supports the team with day-to-day admin tasks.
Requirements
- 2–3 years’ experience in admin or studio support
- Strong organisation and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in InDesign, Xero and Microsoft Office
- Experience with Zoho Projects (or similar project management tools)
- Attention to detail across all disciplines
- Ability to work well autonomously as well as part of a small team
Duties
- Manage calendars, meetings, and team schedules
- Answer phone in a professional manner and handle general enquiries
- Support invoicing and file management
- Prepare proposals, documents, and reports
- Order print materials and coordinate with printers and suppliers
- General admin support to the team and Creative Director
Attributes
- English as a first language is essential
- Knowledge of web back end and HTML an advantage, experience in WordPress a definite advantage but not essential
