Evena, is a modern property developer delivering exceptional quality construction, where tones of minimalism and simplicity become ultimate sophistication. Located in Malborough, New Zealand, Evena fuses the elements of location and living, bridging the gap between homeowners and their surroundings. Their out of the box thinking puts them ahead of the industry where Made and the team were tasked with creating a visual brand identity and website that would successfully speak to their values.
Made Agency, working closely alongside the team at Evena, created a minimalistic identity that evokes their desire to produce seamless property development in line with their ideologies of people within nature. Our concept ideation revolved around the simplicity of a ‘two-tone’ idea that encapsulated land and property and the combination of the two. This concept was achieved through a minimal greyscale colour palette and supporting graphic elements of a sundial to highlight the sense of direction and location within the branding. These design elements can all be seen implemented throughout all assets of the identity to create a cohesive, bold visual presence for Evena.
As well as branding Evena, the team at Made also designed and built a website to showcase their creative take on property development as well as their increasingly growing portfolio. The end result ensured their work was presented in a way that would truly capture Evena and its brand pillars as well as becoming a user-specific platform for prospective clientele.
