Made was tasked to create branding for real estate an identity for Rosina, Dee Why Point, a prestigious seaside residency, where we created an identity that would showcase this stunning coastal masterpiece, highlighting a brilliant balance of superior architecture and elegant interiors.
The identity our studio created utilises strong emotive design, appealing to the target demographic of down-sizers and retirees seeking a serene coastal lifestyle. The supporting elements position the project as a strong investment in lifestyle – there is no need to complicate the message:

Rosina consists of classic, luxurious type, graphic use of line, and a brand system that allowed for imagery and videography to become a hero of the identity. This strategy was implemented across all assets developed for Rosina from signage (both digital and print) and web development to brand collateral. With an accentuated tone of place all these elements combined become a reflective representation of the building’s architecture, surroundings, and local history, whilst also delivering a clear visual message. Rosina’s visual identity enhances coastal living and the desired lifestyle that is aligned to the demographic.
